OrchidMD is a multi-omics database that collects and shares genomic, transcriptomic, proteomic, metabolomic, and phenomic data of Orchidaceae plants online. Concurrently, a variety of analytical tools have been developed to mine these rich and valuable genetic information. As more sequencing data is released, the database will continue to be updated, further supporting in-depth research on the Orchidaceae family and angiosperms as a whole.
The complete genomes and annotated files of 22 orchid species are collected, and a quick download
The proteome is the final product of genome expression and comprises 31,234 proteins from 10 orchid accessions.
The 20 metabolome were defined as the 6,114 of all small molecule (<1500 Da) metabolites found in orchid cell, organ or organism.
